Following a successful event in 2023, SensiLab’s Creative AI team will again be holding a workshop that will explore the creative possibilities of artificial intelligence systems.
This invitation-only, 5 day interdisciplinary workshop will bring together leading researchers, artists and theorists woking on critical issues of co-creation and creativity using Artificial Intelligence.
Based at Monash University’s Prato Centre in the heart of Tuscany, Italy (17km north west of Florence), the workshop will provide a unique opportunity for sustained dialogue, collaboration and research at the intersection of creativity and technology.
The workshop will include:
- Keynote talks by leading creative AI researchers
- Cultural visits in Florence and Prato (reflecting on the history of art and design and the place of new technological advances within creative practices).
- Writing sessions in breakout groups
- Panel discussions
- Live demonstrations and creative performances using current AI technology
