Assoc. Professor Matthew ButlerResearcher

Matthew Butler works with low-cost 3D printing and electronics technologies, to produce interactive accessible learning objects for the vision impaired community. Additionally, his research seeks to enhance teaching and learning in computer science education, including the use of learning analytics and emerging technologies to improve student engagement.

Matthew was a researcher in SensiLab working in accessibility. After taking the role of Deputy Dean of Education for the Faculty of Information Technology in 2019, he is now working with the Inclusive Technologies group at Monash.
