Do Less, Make Space

Lucie Ketelsen is a designer and sustainability researcher whose practice considers notions of risk and control in digital, automated and industrial textile production and through subverting traditional practices with unlikely processes and materials. In this SensiLab Forum, Lucie will be reflecting on ways she has dismantled and reassembled her practice to be more response-able and better able to imagine space for the not-yet.
This SensiLab Forum was held on 25 November 2020.

Lucie Ketelsen has a Masters in Textile Design by practice-based research from RMIT University, Melbourne and a Bachelor of Fine Art with Honors in Design. She is currently doing a Residency through SymbioticA UWA, looking into the creative potential of bacterial iridescence.
